Godzilla vs Kong was a highly anticipated blockbuster in 2021. It featured two very iconic characters.
However, the marketing strategy seen in the trailer fell short of what could’ve been an epic movie trailer.

They tease a lot of epic moments of battle (good v bad) but the inner cards of the trailer fail to communicate that.

Idea: I wanted to do this trailer justice and design cards in 3d that were more grungy and epic. 

Execution:  This was done in Cinema 4d and After Effects.

Goal: Improve the current trailer and communicate that an epic battle that will ensue.
